L.A. Baby ………….
Well guys, after a month of running in the rain, the sun is finally starting to shine here in Ireland again. Its still cold though, so I can’t say that I’m not looking forward to going to the LA Marathon next week. I keep trying to convince my wife that I’m going there to work but she’s having none of it!
I will be there with Irish Running Tours at the expo, telling all you good people what we have to offer you when you come to run in Ireland. I will be at booth #1326 so stop by and check us out. Paul

Wow, I just got back from Dublin a few weeks ago. Had a great time but the runs I took on Dollymount Strand were challanging, to say the least. I was there last April and the weather was amazing. Good Luck in L.A.

My mother came from Carlingford, Louth and would love the chance to run past the old gates she may have passed and maybe even the old building which were her dancehalls.

Paul Best of luck with Irish Running Tours. Any chance you could run up to Kilcahill some day and I will run back down to Corrandulla with you. How many miles would that be?

Hey Des, Of course I could run to Kilcahill, whereever that may be! I’m sure with the help of my GPS I’ll find you. From there to Corrundulla its probably about 8mls or so,

Ola Guys, well Des i didnt think you were still running, but well have to run out the Curragh-line again some time, perhaps Paul and his crew will arrange that. Its a great place to run so flat and scenic. (paddy)

I’d like to second the comment above, about running in the countryside north of Dublin. Really beautiful and if you need your hamstrings stretched out, Sleive Foy will oblige! It gets me every time! There is a gorgeous road that runs along the top of it with brilliant views of Carlingford Lough. The air is so good you can run for miles. Great website, by the way.

Hey Paul
This all sounds good except for the running part. I guess it wouldn’t be all that bad if I lose a few pounds. I had a great time in Ireland and will go back there again anytime.

Hey Paul, have spent many great times in Galway over the years, I am hoping this year I might get the chance to combine raceweek with a few long(ish) runs. Will be in touch !
